If you would like to check your email on your computer or mobile device, you can configure your email account using the following settings.

Webmail Access

You can always access your email through your browser.

    Enter your email address

    Select Advanced Options → Let me set up my account manually

    Choose IMAP as the account type.

    Enter the incoming and outgoing server settings from above.

Troubleshooting

If your email won't connect, run through this checklist:

  • Make sure your username is your full email address
  • Verify the ports are 993 (IMAP), 995 (POP3), and 465 (SMTP)
  • Confirm SMTP authentication is enabled
  • Double-check your password is correct
