2021 Update: This video will only help you check your junk folder if you use Smartermail as your email client. If you use Gmail, Yahoo!, MS365 or other email host, this will not be helpful for you.
Email that meets a certain criteria can be sent directly to your junk folder instead of going to your inbox. If you download your email to an email client like Outlook, for example, you will want to check your server junk mail folder every so often. I check mine on Friday’s just to make sure there isn’t an email that landed in there by accident. To check your server junk folder, follow the instructions in the video below.
