If your mailbox reaches 75% capacity, we recommend cleaning up your email to avoid send/receive interruptions.
Managing Your Email Storage
Each email account has an individual storage limit. When your mailbox reaches 75% of its storage capacity, you may begin experiencing issues sending or receiving email. To prevent interruptions, it’s a good idea to periodically check your mailbox size and remove unnecessary messages.
How to Check Your Mailbox Size
You can check your mailbox usage through webmail.
- 1Open your browser and go to: safesecurewebmail.com
- 2Log in using your full email address and password.
- 3Once logged in, look for your mailbox usage indicator — typically shown near the bottom of the interface or in account settings.
- 4The display will show how much storage you are using and how close you are to your limit.
If your mailbox is 75% full or higher, we recommend cleaning up old email to prevent delivery issues.
How to Free Up Email Storage Space

Open the Deleted Items / Trash folder.

Step 4
Remove Large Attachments

If you frequently reach your mailbox storage limit, additional space may be available. Please contact your Email Administrator to request an increase in your individual mailbox storage allocation. Your administrator can review your account and determine the best option for expanding your mailbox capacity.
Suggestion for your support page
Please do not forget to delete items in the Deleted Items folder. Deleting items moves email to this folder but does not remove them from the server. Deleting the Deleted Items folder will remove them and free up your storage space.
